Challenge
Wow, I definitely have my work cut out for me in Seven Brides. Megan (Milly) and I share the bulk of the vocal load of the show as well as the bulk of the dialogue. It is going to be such a fun show. Lots more humor than Hello Dolly, lots of really hilarious moments in the scenes. Plus I look forward to working with Daniel, Erin and Jill from my musical theatre class. Other than that, life goes on.
Ohh, and just a note about a post I made a few times back. Once again, I have people searching for Srilankan porn and are finding my site! Awfully specific, aren't we? Even stranger is they are coming from the United Arab Emirates. Very strange indeed. Funniest thing is, they keep coming back! This is obviously not a porn site, but they just keep checking. If you guys are reading this, THIS IS NOT A PORN SITE! So find your Srilankan broads elsewhere... Peace...

9512-Ohhhh yeah
Now, all of you know how much of a soft spot I have for my old hometown of Greendale, Wisconsin. But on this day, I must take the time to toss them a "bwahaha". It is currently 77 degrees here in San Jose, while it is cool 39 degrees in Greendale at this moment. Even better is the fact that it is going to top out at about 85 today. Beautiful. Well, I am off to enjoy this awesome day! Peace...

404, Dumb@$$
A short list of amusing search engine entries that have lead people to The Daily Farmer.
"johnny knoxville glasses"
"1940's slang"
"srilankan sexy girls"
"sexy srilankan feet pics"
"birdhouse out of gallon cans"
Ok, so I have perverts with a fetish for just Srilankan women and a bizarre lovechild of Martha Stewart and MacGyver checking out my site.
Very interesting... Peace...

Open Voice
Just following up on a comment I made a few days ago about how I can't stand the rampant censorship of the FCC, here is a link to a petition you can sign to help combat this senseless violation of our free speech rights.
Stop FCC Censorship!!!
You all know how I usually avoid political discussions, but honestly, this whole thing is getting really ridiculous. Peace...

Murder Of Boredom
Yet another day of school, rehearsals and other shennanigans... Ha... But tonight will be a little different for yours truly. I am going to be on set for my first starring role in a movie. It is called The Test, and once it is all finished, I will tell all you all about it. But first, its time for class, cleaning, and trying to keep my sanity amongst all the projects, songs, scenes, and other crip-crap I have to attend to. But hey, good stuff is going on! I better jet, but before I do, a few little tidbits for you all...
If you listen to 92.3 KSJO, you may have heard the "KULT KSJO" spots where station fans make comments on KSJO.
I just happen to be in one of them saying how "I like how they play more than one song off any album". I recorded that when I stopped in and spent the morning with The Mikey Show a few weeks ago. It was an awesome time, thanks again Mikey, Eddie, Sky, Blunder, and Sean.
And, to all you bored working stiffs that read this column, (you know, certain AMTSJ employees, or Dance studio workers, maybe even some bored college students...), here is a little something to lighten your day.
The Writings On The Stall
This site is dedicated to all that wonderfully witty and lyrical writing on the bathroom stall. Well, its funny anyways... Ohh well, just check it out, or the evil monkey in my closet will hurt me.
Have a good one. Email me, leave a comment. Peace...

Pushing Again
It has certainly been awhile since I really sat down here, and did a decent post. Well, here we go.
I just got back from LA last night, and man did I have a freaking blast. It was the first time that Zac, my good ol' fellow stooge, got to party it up a little together. Must say, his friend Bo is really fun to fuck with when he is passed out... So yeah, lots of beer, a messed up big screen tv, lots of great food that is bad for you, and very little sleep made for a great trip to CSUN.
Then, Saturday night, it was party time at Mel's at USC. Very good time I must say. I was al little dismayed that my drink tally was higher than Mel's, and it WAS her 21'st bday party. Ohh well, great time though! Only problem was trying to wake up in the morning so I could drive home and have enough time when I got home to sleep off the fatigue so I could go to class today... So yeah, at 8:15am, after three hours of sleep, I saddled up for the five hour drive home. Made it safely, but man did I crash when I got home.
Only one prob on the drive was that I was without my trusty CD/Tape adapter. Which meant, I was sentenced to scanning the radio every 50 miles for a new radio station to listen to. Really annoying. So, on the way home, I was listening to KROQ, the famous LA Rock/Alt station. Now, I thought that this whole censorship thing that the FCC was on wouldn't faze an old player in the media like good old K-ROCK. But no... The song "Wrong Way", by Sublime came on. And here is what I was horrified to hear...
A cigarrete, pressed between her lips,
But I'm starin' at her XXXX,
It's the wrong way.
How can you bleep that?? Jeezzzz. Anyways, I could get into that a lot more, but I want to keep my blood pressure down.
Well, that about does it for me today. But, I wanted to repost an old link that I put up almost a year ago for a friend who I feel is definately out there to fight a really good fight for Gay and Lesbian rights. She is a talented artist, and a recognized voice in the field of Bi-Polar Disorder. Allow me to re-introcuce...
The Incomparable Mara McWilliams
On top of that, be sure to check out her story on her own lesbian marriage. It is a truly amazing story. Take a looksie at it here.
Seriously, check out her site. Amazing work.
And, stay tuned this week. I will be having much more to write on, and a few more awesome sites to show off to all of you. Take care everyone. Peace...

Generic Post
Well, another post from the SJSU library coming at ya... But I will admit, I don't have quite the amount of energy that I ususally have. I totally don't know why. Got tons of sleep last night, just had a phatty Jamba Juice, and took a brisk walk across the campus. But man, I am just laggggging. I better kick back into gear PDQ. I have a song to sing in about an hour, and I also am going to go see a show at AMT tonight with Chenoah. Should be a great time.
In other news, t-minus two weeks until I begin rehearsals for 7&7. Can't wait. But other than that obvious tid-bit, life is just as everyone should expect it for little old me; busy, fun, FULL. But relief will be coming this weekend in the form of a well overdue trip to So.Cal to see Mel, Zac, and Mad. Well, that is if the latter two of that group FREAKING CALL ME BACK! Ok, calm healing breath... and moving on!
So now... its official...
MEL IS OLD!!! MEL IS OLD!!!
Captain Rainbow is now 21! Hence the obligatory trip to LA... Mwahaha. Good times will be had. It's going to be a blast.
Lets see... hmmm. Not really much else. Just keeping busy with school, the movie, the other movie, the recording, the upcoming show, and ohh yeah... sleep. Gotta remember to work that in there somewhere. Well ladies and germs, I think that about does it for TDF today... Remember to tip your waitress. Peace...

Another One Down
After a rather uneventful spring break, and the closing of A Chorus Line, life has taken a major gear down from the fevered pitch it has been at as of late. I have several projects going on, and a few coming up, so I am totally busy. But I guess I am just suffering a little "post performance blues". I felt the same way after Hello Dolly, and lord knows I am going to feel it ten times as hard after Seven Brides.
I just enjoy the whole process of getting together with a group of strangers and creating something. And in the end, they are like family to you. It's amazing. I cannot wait to get started on Seven...
In other news, I got a main character role in a new musical that is being workshopped. I can't say much more thatn that since nothing has been formally released to the public, and the fact that I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. But I am really stoked about it, and the creators of the show are really excited to have all of us on board for the project. Tami Puno from my A Chorus Line is also in it, along with a fellow named Adam Barry who played Tulsa in Gypsy at SDG. So there will be some familiar faces in the studio.
Along with that, I am still awating the start of shooting for "The Test", that short feature film I am doing. That and the fanime movie that I am doing voices for. Fun times, I'll tell you one thing; I shouldn't complain about being bored pretty soon!
Well, that about does it for today folks. Peace...
