Back To Boredom
Well, here I am again in the library, just like old times. I don't have class until 10:30, or at least I hope that is the case. I have to crash this class, and I pray to god that I can get in. I need credits. And on top of that, I need this class to graduate. Yeah, I know... Me? Graduate? Ha... The Professional Student... Whatever.
So yeah, I know that everyone is buzzing about the Superbowl, and the scandalous ending to the halftime show. But here at The Daily Farmer, we refuse to sink so low. We will not lower ourselves to the level that other internet columnists are at... Ok, fine. BOOBIES BOOBIES BOOBIES! Still, I am sick of hearing about all of this already. Besides, if you are getting THIS EXCITED about seeing a breast, then you must spend way too much time in your bedroom alone with a lotion bottle and a kleenex box... And on to cleaner subjects...
Chorus Line is kicking my ass. It is official. I know I am not a dancer, and the fact that I am even in this show is a good thing, and a great learning experience, but man'o'man, it was really frustrating to see all these people totally kicking ass at these moves. I guess I will learn it in time. I just hate being the slow one.
In other news, there are whispers of a name unsaid in an age. A name that has not been uttered in far too long. Dare I say it... One Year Stand. Yes ladies and gentlemen. On Saturday night, I had the pleasure of seeing 42nd Street at Stage 1. And since Caitlin is in the cast, and it was closing night, I got to go to the cast party where I met a really rad chick named Rin. She is a punk/ska afficionado and a singer to boot. Do I smell an OYS revamp? Maybe. Anyways, even if it doesn't work, I still have a new rad chick to hang with. Not too many punk/ska fems out there!
Well people, I am going to go down to the cafe before class. I must admit, having all theatre classes in Hugh Gillis Hall is nice. I am right next to the library and the coffee shop. Bitchin. Have a great day yaal. Peace...
